Jain Group of Institutions operates the Udyaan platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform.

When you submit a problem, we collect your name, work email, organisation, brief, intended outcome, constraints and acknowledgement of this policy. We store this information in our AWS-hosted database so authorised Udyaan administrators can assess the enquiry and follow up.

Submissions and internal review notes are private. Submitting or accepting a brief does not automatically publish it on the problem board. Please do not include confidential information or unpublished intellectual property. Contact support@udyaan.org with your submission reference to request access, correction or deletion.
